1 General Provisions and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bigtaka platform and all services under it. Visiting the website, creating an account, playing games, or placing bets — any one of these actions means you have read and accepted these Terms.

bigtaka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the website. Users should review this page regularly.

These Terms are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi users. If anything is unclear, please contact the bigtaka support team.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bigtaka, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Registration must be completed with accurate and truthful information.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the information provided at registration up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bigtaka may at any time request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify a user's identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension or a hold on withdrawals. The identity verification process is conducted entirely under the personal data protection policy.

2.3 Accounts on Behalf of Third Parties

Operating an account in someone else's name or on their behalf is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by the registered individual.

3 Account Security and Personal Information

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If an unauthorised person accesses the account, the bigtaka support team must be notified immediately.

• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Never share your password or OTP with anyone.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The mobile payment methods currently supported on bigtaka are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the funds being deposited into their account come from a legitimate source. bigtaka may request additional documents in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If funds are credited to an account incorrectly due to a technical error, they must be returned. Such errors must be reported to bigtaka immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Bonuses

bigtaka regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms which are stated in the offer description. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as using multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or engaging in coordinated fraudulent activity — bigtaka reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

All bets on bigtaka are processed in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — even if the internet connection is lost, the bet remains valid.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game, the bets for that round may be voided. bigtaka reserves the right to correct any result that is inaccurate due to a software or hardware fault.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum winnings from a single bet may be capped for certain games or promotions. This will be stated in the relevant game or offer terms.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports bets, settlement will occur after the official result is announced. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless special rules state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigtaka platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or another person's identity.
• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, defrauding, or attempting to harm other members.
• Attempting unauthorised access to bigtaka's systems.

Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bigtaka

bigtaka may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide accurate information during identity verification.
• When required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. All active bonuses and bets must be settled before the account is closed. Any legitimately withdrawable funds will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bigtaka platform provides services on an "as is" basis. bigtaka will not be liable for any damages in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's own device.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Missed opportunities resulting from unexpected technical disruptions.
• Loss caused by the user's own disclosure of their information.

10 Responsible Gaming Obligations
